Warnings from God - Part 1

Samson went to Gaza, and there he saw a prostitute (Delilah), and he went in to her. Judges 16:1

I want you to see something very important here. Samson didn't realize that he was being tempted by Delilah. Samson and Delilah, both were looking for a physical relation and not looking to get married and settle down, which is wrong. If both were looking to settle down, by getting married it would have been good. But Samson wanted to have only physical relation. He made a wrong choice. Yet, God didn't leave Samson. Samson could have overcome the temptations coming from Delilah. Samson could have turned away from the wrong decision. He could have turned away from the poor choice of having a relation with an harlot, but he was carried away by the beauty of Delilah and hence couldn't overcome it. He didn't heed to the warnings of God in the inside of him, and went ahead to fall into temptation. Bible clearly says, "Beauty is vain and charm is deceit." Don't give beauty so much of a place in your life, that you are not able to decide what is right and what is wrong. Don't let beauty affect your reasoning to make decisions.
