Getting rid of Torment and Oppression - Part 2

Delilah made Samson sleep on her knees. And she called a man and had him shave off the seven locks of his head. Then she began to torment him, and his strength left him. Judges 16:19
Away from God you are not strong. God is the source of all the strength. Only God can help you in your weakness. Only God can strengthen your weak relation. In your weak times, staying away from God is not the solution. Instead, in your weak times, being filled more of God is the solution. When your vehicle breaks down, you ought to take it to the mechanic to fi it, you can't be adamant that you don't need the mechanic. God is the mechanic of your life. He can put you back on track. He is the only one who can fix all kinds of break downs. You need the strength of God to avoid break downs, and if already broke, then to come up and out better you need God's strength. When you are full of the Holy Spirit you will not feel tormented or oppressed. No matter who is oppressing you or tormenting you. You will always be able to defeat such people and come out victorious by Holy Spirit. Today if you are feeling tormented and oppressed, is only because you need a fresh touch of the Holy Spirit. You need a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit.

When Saul was tormented by an evil spirit, Saul called David to sing songs of Praise to God. Whenever David sang, immediately the tormenting spirit left Saul. When David went away from Saul, he was tormented. The solution to get out of oppression and torment is praising God. Others praising God around you is good. Always be around people who praise God, because they are full of peace and joy. Joy is viral and it immediately spreads. Joy boosts your faith. Only others praising God will not help you, even you have to praise God and sing praises to God. Not with a sad heart, but by faith, rejoicing and knowing that God is capable to handle all the problems in your life. Bible says, "God resides in the praises of His people." Start praising God and you will see God's Spirit come mightily upon you and delivering you from all torment and oppression. You need God's strength to defeat your enemies and also all those who try to pull you down. Ask God to fill you, by His Spirit. God bless you.

Getting rid of Torment and Oppression - Part 1

Delilah made Samson sleep on her knees. And she called a man and had him shave off the seven locks of his head. Then she began to torment him, and his strength left him. Judges 16:19
Bible says, "Delilah began to torment him and Samson's strength who was God left Him." Because of your sin, God's Spirit will not be with you. If God's Spirit leaves you, you are the most weakest person. If God's Spirit is with you, then you might be alone, yet, with God's strength you can defeat thousands of your enemies. God's strength will help you tear a lion with your bear hands, without any weapon. You are stronger than the strongest, when God's Spirit i.e. Holy Spirit is with you.

As long as Samson had Holy Spirit with Him, no Delilah could torment Samson. The moment Samson disobeyed God and left God, Holy Spirit also left Him and Samson was the weakest. Whenever you sin, get back to God immediately. Don't wait for evening prayer, or next day prayer. Immediately, ask for forgiveness and get back to God. God's Spirit is Holy. He wouldn't be with you in your sin. That doesn't mean that the sin which you are not aware of that it is a sin, He will be angry with you. No! God will not be angry with your for your sins which you have done not knowing that it is a sin. When your intention was not to sin. e.g. You might have spoken certain things which you might not be aware that you hurt others. God wouldn't be angry with you. At the right time, God will reveal to you that this is the sin you committed. After God reveals you your sin, then if you don't repent, but starts justifying your actions, by saying,"You were right and you did it being unaware etc and don't get yourself cleansed, then you are sinning on a higher level. This will harden your heart against God. Sin will only harden your heart against God, hence, repenting and coming back to God is very important.

Above everything, Samson had broken the covenant with God. Samson shared his secret with Delilah, which gave easy access to Delilah to enter Samson's heart. Samson removed God from his heart before Delilah could enter. He chose beauty before God. He became a slave of beauty and chose to remove God from his heart. Sometimes the things which you have committed to God has to be secret and only between you and God. Certain people though very close to you, who love you very much, might not understand your commitment with God. Samson actually sinned with his action later when he allowed Delilah to cut his hair. But he actually sinned when he allowed Delilah in his heart instead of God. When he gave Delilah the first place in his heart. This sin made him very weak. No matter who it is or what it is, never give anyone the 1st place in your heart. It belongs to God. When you give the first place to God, then God will take care of all your relationship. He will make everyone, who ought to be with you, to hold that relationship with you. He will strengthen that relationship and make it fruitful.

Warnings from God – Part 5 – God has not left you

Samson went to Gaza, and there he saw a prostitute (Delilah), and he went in to her. Judges 16:1

Don't ignore the warnings that God is giving you. God is a holy God, He doesn't hate you because you are a sinner, but He hates sin. Both are not the same. You are created in God' image, but the actions you do which is not as per the will of God in obedience is sin. Because of sin, your heart is getting hardened against God. Thats the main reason why God hates when you sin. Soon you will run away from God. But everytime you confess your sins and return to God, your heart becomes soft. You become open to God to work in you. Thats why He is more than happy to accept you. But Samson didn't understand this principle of God. But he thought its ok to continue in sin. He thought he will never turn away from God. But that was a lie. Soon he turned away from God. He couldn't get back to God, because of His wrong decisions. He felt too guilty to come back to God. He thought that God will never accept Him because of His poor choices, and sinful life.

Later on, after Samson lost everything, then he realized that God is the only one who can accept him as he is. God is the only one who can forgive him and restore everything back to him. Thats the time when he chose to get back to God. You don't have to wait till everything is lost. Learn from Samson and turn back to God now. You can still get back to God and He is ready to accept you as He accepted the prodigal son. He is very happy to see you come back. Don't hang over your sin with guilt and shame thinking that God will not accept you again. That is a lie. When God sees you coming back, He is more happy than you. God is ready to accept you no matter what kind of sin you might have committed and how many times you may have committed. The moment you are willing to come back to God, that very moment, God is ready to accept you. God has never left you nor will He ever leave you. He has not forsaken you nor will He ever forsake you. Come back to God, don't be adamant like Samson. You might have been deceived, but now your eyes are open. So get back to God and get out of the wrong choices, whatever it might be. Even if it means a wrong relation, get out of it. God bless you.

Warnings from God – Part 4 – God has not left you

Samson went to Gaza, and there he saw a prostitute (Delilah), and he went in to her. Judges 16:1

God warned Samson, before he made a wrong choice, but the best part was, that God warned Samson even after the wrong choice was made. God was with Samson. God didn't leave him. Delilah was trying to make Samson weak. Delilah pestered Samson everyday, to make a wrong choice. Instead of leaving her and getting back with God, he chose to continue in the wrong relation. Thats the greatest mistake Samson made. Samson chose beauty over God, and failed completely.

Samson chose to continue in his sin. If, we are in such situations, don't choose beauty over God. Let God be the first priority. Now you might be in a situation where your life is completely messed up because you have made poor choices and blown off everything good in your life. I want to tell you, that God is still with you, He has not left you. He wants you to get over with the mistakes you made. You can't go in your past and change it, but yes you can rectify it by making new good choices now. God can not only erase your past, but He change your present and bless your future. He still can get things right. He can turn your relations which might have turned sour, due to your poor choices, back to good. He will heal your broken relation and also restore the lost relationship. Get out of your poor choices, no matter how impossible it might seem. Ask God to help you and He will help you.

Warnings from God – Part 3 - Why slow change?

Samson went to Gaza, and there he saw a prostitute (Delilah), and he went in to her. Judges 16:1

You will ask me, "Jimsen, why do some people take time to change." The reason is that if God changes them immediately they will leave God. You will ask, "Jimsen how is that possible? Self confidence is a kind of deception from God. They will think that they have gained enough strength to overcome everything and they will leave God. They will be deceived by the devil, making them think that they will never again go back to their old. It is nothing but a deception. If the branch falls off from the tree will it still be green? No! It has to be in the tree for it to remain green and bear fruit and survive.

When self confident people, leave God, they might not have gained enough strength to overcome their temptations. They are not willing to take the medicine (hear/ read Bible) prescribed by God, because they think they will be able to overcome by their own strength. When a patient who is recently discharged from the hospital is weak. If he doesn't continue to take the medicines prescribed by the doctor, he will not gain enough strength for the healing to complete. Instead, he might get more affected. Hence, God works in every individual, basis who we are and how we are going to progress when we are changed. God through a procedure brings about a slow but steady change, so that we never return back to our addictions and wrong choices. He helps us completely overcome it, that we never get tempted by it again.

God is warning you on the inside, listen to the warnings and you will not end up making poor choices. God is trying to save you from making wrong decisions, which is trying to ruin your life. God will not force you, but He will surely warn you. The final choice remains with you, whether you want to take the warning or not.

Warnings from God – Forgiveness of God - Part 2

Samson went to Gaza, and there he saw a prostitute (Delilah), and he went in to her. Judges 16:1

Some say, "God is forgiving, so I will sin again and again and come to God again and again with a repentant heart and ask for forgiveness of my sin." If you have taken God's grace for granted and you think that you will continue in sin and come to God for forgiveness, then let me tell you the truth, "Sin will keep you away from prayer and God." Soon you will not come to God even for asking forgiveness of your sins. But if you are true and really want deliverance from your sin/addictions then you will have to come to God with a sincere heart. Then you don't keep the count of your sins, but you keep the count of God's goodness, in forgiving you. He will forgive you. You may change immediately, or you will take time to change. This means that God is ready to forgive a person who is willing to change, without keeping the count of his sins and even how many times He will have to forgive that person. You may or may not make a major change, thats fine with God as long as you are changing. Slow and steady wins the race. Slow but steadily you have to make progress.

Every time you ask forgiveness, you are actually changing. It might not be very evident to you, but you are changing. You wouldn't have come to God asking for forgiveness if you didn't want to change. Those who have the attitude of taking God's grace for granted, by not willing to change and ask for forgiveness will soon stop coming to God. Coming back to God is the evidence of the truth that you are willing to change and God is working in you. God will not give up on you, no matter how slow you might be. You may be like the Caterpillar crawling to see the changes in you, but soon you will be changed from the Caterpillar to a Butterfly and start flying. Don't give up only because the process is slow. Remember God is patient with you, so you be patient with the work of God in you and be patient with yourself. Don't panic nor give up, till you see the change in you. God bless you

Warnings from God - Part 1

Samson went to Gaza, and there he saw a prostitute (Delilah), and he went in to her. Judges 16:1

I want you to see something very important here. Samson didn't realize that he was being tempted by Delilah. Samson and Delilah, both were looking for a physical relation and not looking to get married and settle down, which is wrong. If both were looking to settle down, by getting married it would have been good. But Samson wanted to have only physical relation. He made a wrong choice. Yet, God didn't leave Samson. Samson could have overcome the temptations coming from Delilah. Samson could have turned away from the wrong decision. He could have turned away from the poor choice of having a relation with an harlot, but he was carried away by the beauty of Delilah and hence couldn't overcome it. He didn't heed to the warnings of God in the inside of him, and went ahead to fall into temptation. Bible clearly says, "Beauty is vain and charm is deceit." Don't give beauty so much of a place in your life, that you are not able to decide what is right and what is wrong. Don't let beauty affect your reasoning to make decisions.

Power filled word – Part 4

But Peter said, "I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!" Acts 3:6

The actual Beautiful Gate which had lost its beauty for this lame beggar, suddenly was filled with beauty, when hearing the disciples the beggar was willing to see the miracles. Its very important to listen to people who have seen miracles. It will give you hope and faith and encourage you to see miracles, which will result in your own miracle. Peter and John said, "In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!" Immediately the miracle happened and the beggar was healed and started walking. The beggar entered the temple of God, through the beautiful door which was opened for Him, by God. Lets be a Peter and John to someone. It will make their life. You never know which word of yours can make a person enter the beautiful gate.

No one told the beggar to come inside the temple, but God met this beggar, through His disciples, outside the temple. Don't worry where you are, God will come to meet you there. You are the priced possession for God. This person was lame, so he couldn't enter and no one might have told him to enter. But I'm inviting you to enter the temple of the Living God, who does miracles even now. God is reaching out to you through me, as He reached out to the lame person, through His disciples Peter and John. I'm being the Peter and John to you. Get into a good bible based church, where they speak from the bible. There you will see your miracles come to pass in your life. It will not only build your faith but also stir it up to see miracles in your life. Then you will be able to enter through the Beautiful Gate of breakthroughs in your life. Then you will see the beauty of life. Don't waste your time, but enter through it now. Then you will rise up and walk over all your circumstances. Then you will see yourself, healed and blessed. I also speak miracles, and healing and blessings over your life. Receive it in Jesus' name. God bless you.

Power filled word – Part 3

But Peter said, "I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!" Acts 3:6

This person used to sit at the beautiful gate, but had lost all the beauty of his life. He was actually sitting at the Beautiful Gate of the temple of God, everyone carried him till the gate, but no one helped him inside. Many times our friends and relatives can bring us to the beautiful gate, but it actually doesn't help us. It only makes us dependent on people. It makes us like a beggar. This beggar's friends and relatives got him to the gate, but no one might have told him, that your life can change. No one might have told him that his future can be good. No one might have thought that this beggar needs encouragement. No one thought that this beggars life can be changed. Everyone had written him off. They might have thought, what can this beggar do apart from begging.

Only if he had one true friend, who would have told him to come inside the temple and meet God, who can do miracles. One word of hope or one word of encouragement would have made the difference. We generally think our words wouldn't matter. But the truth is one word of yours actually does matter, for an encouragement or discouragement. Use your words to encourage people around you. You never know to whom its making a difference. The people will not encourage others, because they themselves have not seen miracles. Some are there, who don't believe even if one of their true friends tell them to come inside the temple and get their miracle. Many put this statement down, considering it as false, about miracles still happening. Miracles has not stopped. Miracles still happen in the name of Jesus. I have seen lame walk, deaf hear and many people who were almost about to die being healed, when I had prayed for them in Jesus' name.

The beggar was sitting outside, waiting for alms to fall in his kitty. It was his daily routine. But something different happened this day. 2 disciples of Jesus, who were simple human beings like us, but had seen miracles and believed, miracles can still happen, were entering the temple. The beggar asked for alms, but the 2 disciples of Jesus, Peter and John had different thing to offer. They said, "Silver and Gold we don't have, but what we have we will give you." They had hope, they had faith, they had miracles which they believed, thats what they gave the beggar. What do you have to offer to your family and friends? Are you like the beggars friends dropping him only till the temple gate to beg, or are you like the disciples of Jesus who want them to rise up and walk. Refer your friends for the daily word which I share. Take them along with you to a bible based church, so they can see miracles and glorify God.

Power filled word – Part 2

In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk! Acts 3:6

He had actually lost the essence of his life. Not only was he lame physically, but his thoughts were lame too. His hope was lame, his faith was lame, his finance was lame, his future seemed lame. So when Peter and John were entering the temple, this lame person asked alms from them. Peter and John who were full of faith and had been the disciples of Jesus, saw how Jesus met the needs of the people. Jesus helped and taught people to live, by His power. Peter and John with that same faith in God, told the lame man, money I don't have, but what I have I will give you. Peter and John had the life of Jesus in them. With the power in the name of Jesus, they asked the lame man to look at them. They built his esteem and confidence, then told him to rise up. The lame man started walking, glorifying God, in Jesus' name.

(Not as the literal word) Do you feel lame in your finances, in your thoughts, in your esteem, in your relationship, I command you in Jesus' name to look up. If you look up then you will be lifted up. I also command in Jesus' name to rise up and walk! If you have come to a stand still in your life, I request you to use the name of Jesus and command the doors to open, the walls to fall, the mountains to move, the sea and the rivers to divide and it will happen. Whatever your problems might be command in the name of Jesus it will happen.

Don't let your faith or your hope be lame. Don't give in to your situations. You are the child of the Most High God. You belong to the powerful God. God will do things in your life. Don't let any hinderance be a reason to stop your progress. Rise up and walk. Jump over the hurdles, leap over the walls, climb the mountains, but don't sit down giving it up.
– Jimsen & Sneha

Power filled word – Part 1

In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk! Acts 3:6

There was beggar who sat at the gate of the temple when Peter was entering. The condition of this man was that people used to carry him in the morning and place him there. In the evening they used to carry him back home. These people who carried him could be his family or friends. They carried him, because he was lame.

This man always looked at the hands of people to get something from them. This man had self esteem problem. He never looked at the people, contacting their eyes, but only at their hands. This man was living a very depressed life, because he could see no future. He thought that this will never change and this is what he has to do his life time. He had adjusted himself to a life that was lame. Not only was he physically lame, but even his thoughts, his dreams, his self esteem was lame. Life had become monotonous for him. Same thing again and again. He was really fed up of depending on people to help him.

Circumstances might be against you right now, but don't let circumstances dictate terms to you. With the power of God, you start speaking terms to your health, future and circumstances. God is in control of your life and not the circumstances. You don't allow circumstances to take control. See the impossible and speak it out. What you see on the inside will happen on the outside. See yourself victorious, overcomer, rising up and walking, not lame, then, healing will come. Speak it out, it is self prophesy in your life. What you are going to be in the future, is what you are speaking right now. It depends on what your talk is now or what you are going to talk. Your future is dependent on your current belief and talk. You are going to talk, what is there in your heart. What comes in your heart depends on, what are you downloading in your heart. YOU are going to download in your heart, what is going on in your mind. Renew your mind, by reading and studying the word of God. Read the messages I send you. Hear anointed men and woman of God to renew your mind and have powerful thoughts. God bless you.

Benefits of God with you – Asking Impossible things – Part 5

Then all the people of Israel, the whole army, went up and came to Bethel and wept. They sat there before the Lord and fasted that day until evening, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the Lord. Judges 20:26

Many say, "I'm applying for a job basis my skills and it suits me perfectly, yet I'm not getting it. Ask for a higher designation, ask God, for a higher salary, this will be beyond your strength and you will suddenly see that God has done it for you. It might not be basis your qualification or experience, take it up and God will be with you and He will help you to succeed. Bible says, "God was with Joseph and He succeeded. God was with Solomon and he had peace from his enemies, all his life." God being with you is very important. For God to be with you, you have to expect and ask the impossible. You ought to please God more than anything. You don't have to do anything to please God, but live by faith. Bible says, "Only faith pleases God."

When the Israelites knew this truth that God has to be with for them to win, they fasted till evening. They didn't eat anything nor drink anything, nor did they tell anyone. When you fast, don't go on telling everyone its your fast. Don't put a long face such that people will come and ask you. Do it secretly between you and God. When you do this, the bible says, "God will reward you openly." What you do in secret between God and you, God will reward you openly. When you fast, all your bonds are broken. You are delivered and set free. All your wickedness is removed. (Please read, Isaiah:58) Thats what happened when the Israelites fasted. They judged themselves and humbled before God. They acknowledged the power of God and promised that they will give God the glory. This time they went for the battle by faith in God and not in their manpower or skills.

Amazing thing happened! This made God happy and God assured them, "Tomorrow the Benjamites will be destroyed." God gave them, 'new' battle plans. New wisdom to fight the battle. Benjamites were not only defeated, but destroyed completely. Its always better to judge yourself, before God judges you. Checking yourself up daily and confessing your sins before God and taking His forgiveness and mercy is judging yourself. This will put you above than others. This will make you stronger and wiser than others. No one will be able to stand against you, because God will be with you. Remember to take God always with you. You will always succeed. You will never fail. God bless you.

Benefits of God with you – Asking Impossible – Part 4

Then all the people of Israel, the whole army, went up and came to Bethel and wept. They sat there before the Lord and fasted that day until evening, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the Lord. Judges 20:26

The Israelites lost twice and God allowed it to happen, because they had asked God for victory, with 400,000 people. Remember God didn't do it, He only allowed it to happen. Yes, there is a difference between doing and allowing. God doesn't do wrong to anyone not even the wicked, but the wicked they fall in their own wrong and God allows it. God allows it because God has tried to warn but they wouldn't listen, so God allows it, but God never does anything bad. If God would have given them victory, they wouldn't have glorified God, they would have said that they had skilled warriors and huge number of people 15:1 and they had to win. When they lost twice they realized the battle can't be won only by skills and numbers. After 2 defeats they sat and fasted before God. The whole Israel came together and fasted.

Many of us have been praying and praying, yet we may not have received the answers to our prayers. We ought to evaluate what are we asking. If you have prayed and prayed yet you have not received it might be because you are asking small things, which will not glorify God. Start asking big things. Ask impossible things, beyond your talents, beyond your qualification, beyond your skills, beyond your education and experience. This will bring glory to God and He will do it immediately. Don't ask for blessings, ask for testimonies that will glorify God. It will help you to share and encourage others. Don't ask basis your strengths, ask basis God's strength. Don't ask basis what you deserve, ask basis God's grace. You might get 1 million basis what you deserve, but basis God's grace you keep on getting millions and yet it doesn't stop. Don't ask for small changes in your life, but ask for transformations. Don't ask for a trickle but ask for a flood. Don't ask for what is possible with you, but ask what is possible with God, even though its impossible with you. Till now you have not asked, ask now in Jesus' name, to Heavenly Father and your joy will be fulfilled, when He answers you. God bless you
