Build yourself by God's way – Part 2

Come now, curse this people for me, since they are too mighty for me. Perhaps I shall be able to defeat them and drive them from the land, for I know that he whom you bless is blessed, and he whom you curse is cursed Numbers 22:6

Balak the king, should have confessed blessings on himself, his family, his nation. Rather, he chose to curse Israel. How many times we too miss the way. Rather than look at building our lives, we look to take revenge and destroy those who have tried to destroy us. By the time, we destroy that person we would miss the timing of God. We will miss the timing of receiving our own blessings from God. We would miss the plan of God for us and our family. Whoever the person is, who has done you wrong, they are not so worth that you lose even 1 year destroying that person. Your destiny is too high and too great that you can't allow such people to take you away from God's plan for you, can't allow people to distract you from your blessings and focus. Don't allow people to take you away from your destiny, prepared by God.

When people try to make you fall and draw you away from your destiny, it is because they know they can't reach their destiny and they are trying not to allow you also to reach it. Every time you look to people who are doing wrong things to you, you are only wasting time. Look at the athletes. In the field, their goal is to ensure that their team wins. In that they fall, they fail to pass the ball to their team mate correctly, many times, yet they don't focus on that. They get up and move ahead pursuing their purpose. They know the time at hand is very less and they have to accomplish their goal before the time is over. After the time is over, they can't do anything. Rather than focusing on who is doing what to you, or what others have done to you, focus ahead, because you have too less time in your hands. Don't let time run out on you. Successful athletes don't look at others while training and think about pulling them down. They focus on their training and ensure they do it with utmost commitment and dedication. Same way, you look at enhancing your skills. Build yourself up to make the progress even if others around you are not interested. When others around you are more interested in gossip and pulling others, that is the best time when you can rise up, by being focused. God bless you.
