For those who live according to the flesh, set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, on the things of the Spirit. Romans 8:5
You will also have space in your memory for good things. Bible also says, "Blessed is the memory of the righteous." Then you will be able to remember good things, healthy things from God. Only the word of God can format your heart-disk. There is no other alternative. Blood of Jesus is available as an antivirus, which comes when you confess your sins daily. Means you are running the antivirus on your life, which will remove everything which is not from God. Once the virus is removed then you will be healthy.
Confessing your hurts, your unbelief, your sicknesses, your problems with God, will help God to remove all your virus slowly. God says, "Every good work that I have begun in your life, I will complete it." Your formatting once done, you by your confessions to God and not men, runs the antivirus, Blood of Jesus in your life. It brings healing, restoration and blessings in your life.
Whenever you find that a virus has entered you, run the antivirus, by confessing your sin to God. Immediately you will be delivered from the virus. Then don't download unwanted things which will destroy your heart-disk. God will also upgrade you, means promote you in life and prosper you.
After erasing unwanted things from your heart-disk, ensure that everyday, you run the antivirus and don't download anything that is unrighteous. Don't open sites which is unhealthy for your heart. Friends and co-workers that gossip, speak negative, speak unbelief, close such talks. Don't accept it. Then you will prosper and be full of faith.
