And without faith it
is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must
believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him. Hebrews 11:6
If
you are expecting something to receive from God, then you ought to
believe that He exists and rewards those who come to Him expecting
things from Him. Believing in God is important, but along with it,
coming
to Him believing that He can do it in your life is also important.
God
clearly says, “Without faith it’s impossible to please Him.” Many of
you have been waiting from a long time to get the answers to your
prayers, your breakthroughs, your healing, your deliverance and many
more. All this will come in the lines of faith. With patience and faith
you inherit the promises of God. At times, you immediately receive many
things, because your faith is up to the mark for that particular prayer.
But there is also building up of your faith, when you are
asked to wait on
God.
This
waiting time is the most important time and the most difficult time.
During this time, it seems as if your prayer is not reaching beyond your
roof. It seems like everything you are doing is not right as you don't
get a single breakthrough. But everyone around you are getting
breakthroughs. There are many questions in your mind, whether are you
doing the right thing? Should you be waiting for God to do it or should
you take it in your own hands and do things for you? Is anything good
going to happen to you? Compared to your past situation, this is a very
different situation, and does God have an answer to this problem of
yours? Can God do it this time again?
All
these questions seem valid right now, because as far as you can see and
forecast, you don't see anything good coming your way. But don't keep
on thinking about these questions as this will only pull your faith
down. The longer you are tested, better is the outcome of it, better is
the success and promotion. Waiting time is testing time, testing time is
promotion time. Without a test there is no success, without a battle
there is no victory. God wants you to be victorious and know the truth
that you are a victor and not a victim. Where there is a trial there
comes triumph. Where there is a battle there comes victory.
